Crisis Line

All of these crisis lines are available 24 hours a day. A crisis is defined by you, so if you feel overwhelmed it is appropriate to call. The Crisis Center is also the entry point to mental health hospitalization but you do not need to be suicidal to call.

If you’re having an emergency and feel unable to maintain safety, please call 9-1-1 or go to your local emergency room.

To use the online database of local resources, Google “211” + your county. You can also call 2-1-1 from your phone (just like 9-1-1) to talk with an operator to find appropriate services.
